Control exhaust heat, protect nearby components, and help gases flow faster with this ZERONINE Design Titanium Basalt Exhaust Heat Wrap. Made from natural basalt (lava rock) fibres, it offers higher heat resistance and durability than traditional fibreglass wraps.

Ideal for exhaust manifolds, downpipes and turbo housings, it helps keep heat inside the exhaust, lowers under-bonnet temperatures, and reduces heat soak into the cabin. The flexible weave makes it easy to wrap tight bends and complex shapes for a neat, secure finish.

Continuous heat resistance up to 980°C, withstanding spikes up to 1300°C

Basalt fibre construction resists fraying, vibration and moisture

Helps protect wiring, hoses and intake parts from heat
