All products sold are supplied directly from third-party manufacturers or suppliers. While we make every effort to ensure product accuracy and compatibility information, we do not guarantee that all products will be suitable for every vehicle or application. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify compatibility prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that liability is limited in accordance with applicable laws.

Returns & Faulty Items

Refunds are only granted where an item has been shipped incorrectly. If an item is confirmed to be faulty, it will be exchanged on the first instance. If a replacement item is also confirmed to be faulty, a refund will then be issued.

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, you must contact us to initiate a return. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Once the item has been returned, received, and inspected, an appropriate resolution will be provided. Shipping costs will only be reimbursed upon receipt of valid proof of expenditure.

Incorrect Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct product is selected for their vehicle before completing a purchase. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items ordered incorrectly.
