By purchasing from RS Dynamics, you acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to verify product compatibility prior to purchase. RS Dynamics shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or expense resulting from the use, misuse, or incorrect installation of any products supplied. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

All products are sourced directly from manufacturers or authorised suppliers. As such, packaging, branding, or minor specification differences may vary. RS Dynamics reserves the right to update or change product offerings without prior notice.

Orders & Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct product is selected for their specific vehicle or application.
RS Dynamics accepts no responsibility for incorrect orders placed by the customer. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded on the basis of customer error once processed.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Full payment must be received before any order is processed or dispatched.
RS Dynamics reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched directly from suppliers or our distribution network. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.
RS Dynamics is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Refunds are only granted where an item has been shipped incorrectly.
If an item is confirmed to be faulty, it will be exchanged on the first instance. If a replacement item is also confirmed to be faulty, a refund will then be issued.
Customers must contact RS Dynamics to initiate any return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item has been received and inspected, an appropriate resolution will be provided.
Shipping costs will only be reimbursed where applicable and upon receipt of valid proof of expenditure.
Incorrect Orders
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the correct product is purchased. RS Dynamics does not accept returns or provide refunds for items ordered incorrectly.
Installation & Use
All products must be installed by a qualified professional unless explicitly stated otherwise. RS Dynamics is not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation or use.
Performance modifications, including ECU tuning products, may affect vehicle warranties, insurance policies, and road legality. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RS Dynamics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, vehicle damage, or personal injury arising from the use of its products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
Intellectual Property
All content on the RS Dynamics website, including text, logos, images, and branding, is the property of RS Dynamics and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
Amendments & Governing Law
RS Dynamics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
